I have had a varied career from insurance claims to IT Consultancy and after a life changing motorbike accident I decided to become a therapist and am Currently a 4th year Osteopathy student at the University College Of Osteopathy. In addition to student and therapist I am an Assistant Tutor at London School of Sports Massage organising and teaching bespoke courses for Osteopathy Students. I have also completed a 1 year internship in professional rugby and currently work with triathletes and strength athletes.

I was a personal trainer for many years but did not find the job fulfilling. In 1999 I enrolled at the London School Of sports Massage (LSSM) where I qualified and hold a diploma in Soft tissue therapy. I also studied under David Katz and am trained in Clinical Pilates. In 2002 I started working and trained with The orthotic group which has enabled me to prescribe prescription orthotics. Some 20 years later I have a thriving clinical practice based in Bromley. Where I treat a host of musculoskeletal issues . I am also a senior lecturer at LSSM and have been teaching for 18years. I have worked with Cirque du Soleil, Midnight Tango and various performance groups and individuals.
